* We closed our Hilo office the week of October 11th, 2004. Our current home, studio, and show space is in Haiku, Maui. Mahalo Nui Loa for all of your support over these past years. * In November of 2004, the movie “After the Sunset” with Pierce Brosnan and Salma Hajek will be released and will feature some of Avi’s oils and pastels filmed in a house in the Bahamas. If you would like to view these images, click here. * The Norwegian Cruise Line Company will display a series of “History of Hawaii” on their newest ship, “The Pride of Aloha”. This series of 10 paintings were done in Avi’s new “Storyboard” style. To view the images and descriptions, click here. * A large collection of Avi’s Oil Paintings and other art was sold to a collector in Holland on August 18th, 2003. * To see a new cookbook with Avi’s Designs, go to www.konacookbook.com. * You can view part 1 and part 2 of the footage from Avi’s trip to paint a mural in the Marquesas on the web. The film is a biography/documentary of Avi and his work, featuring the tropical islands of the South Pacific and their peoples as it follows Avi and his wife Susanne on their journey.
